The Problem

CS24's old website was actively costing them business. For a company that sells design and development services, having a website with bad UI was more than a missed opportunity, it undermined the agency's credibility before a potential client even got to see their actual work. Prospective clients want to see that a company can make things look appealing, and CS24's own site was doing the opposite, making them feel less trustworthy at exactly the moment they needed to make a strong first impression.

The Approach

The project moved fast, a one-week timeline, but followed the same underlying process as all other projects:

  • Understanding the audience

  • Identifying the actual pain point

  • Designing toward it directly

The target audience here was straightforward: businesses evaluating whether to hire CS24 for design and development work, who needed to be convinced within the first few seconds on the site.

The Solution

Rather than following the crowd, the design intentionally broke from category convention:

  • A lighter color palette with blue as the primary accent, instead of the dark palettes most agencies default to in this space; a deliberate choice to stand out in a saturated, visually similar market.

  • Reduced text density, favoring clarity and visual breathing room over walls of copy.

  • A stronger focus on showcasing real project work, letting the quality of CS24's output do the convincing rather than marketing language.

  • The underlying logic: if the agency's own website looked good and felt trustworthy, that same trust would transfer directly onto their capability to deliver good work for a client

The Result

The impact showed up quickly in the numbers that matter most to an agency: trust and pipeline. CS24 started converting more of their site visitors into qualified leads, saw a noticeably better conversion rate, and most tellingly reported a revenue increase of roughly 80% following the relaunch. For a company whose product literally is good design, having a site that finally reflected that reality made all the difference in getting prospects to say yes.

When your business is selling good design, your own website is the most important portfolio piece you have, and CS24's simply wasn't pulling its weight until now.
